Supporting Safety and Capability on Cross River Rail

Railtrain recently completed the development and delivery of a new Verification of Competency (VOC) process for the Cross River Rail project in Brisbane.

This initiative was designed to ensure all personnel were proficient in safeworking rules, with a particular focus on operating complex hi-rail equipment including Flat Top Trucks, Elevated Work Platforms (EWPs), and Excavators. The process was developed to uphold—and exceed—industry safety standards, ensuring each operator was not only compliant but also confident in their ability to work safely and effectively.
