CRANE RAIL, RECLAIMER, STACKER WORKS

RMC Rail Services specialises in the installation, replacement, repairs and upgrades of stacker and reclaimer rails, including but not limited to

  • Installation of anchor bolts, hold down bolts, soleplates and crane rail pads
  • Grouting by filling the gap between the soleplate and the concrete supporting structure
  • Crane rails install, welding and grinding
  • Rail cutting at 30, 45 and 90 degrees
  • Clipping up rail and applying the correct torque setting
