Railtrain Holdings Group (RHG) was formed in 2003 to provide rail safety compliance, recruitment, training and skills development to the Australian rail industry. RHG has a dedicated leadership team of railway professionals with over 200 years of collective experience within rail. Since 2003, the team at RHG has provided clients with vertical industry coverage in every aspect of railway work.

RHG specialises in all services to the rail industry and provides innovative solutions to clients that include BHP, Rio Tinto, FMG, Pacific National, Aurizon, Laing O’Rourke, John Holland and the Public Transport Authority.

Following initial registration in 2003, RHG has developed a diverse client base and an excellent reputation. Railtrain is a market leader in the development and implementation of rail safety systems including Rail Safety Management Plans in accordance with the Rail Safety National Law.

The team at RHG is experienced in working with all major rail systems throughout Australia, including heavy haul railways in the Pilbara region and across all Queensland coal networks. The leadership team at RHG is well-connected, with an extensive network of contacts across Australia.

Reconciliation Action Plan

Railtrain Holdings Group (RHG) are proud to have launched our inaugural Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RRAP). This initiative was designed to promote reconciliation and address historical injustices between Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities. Its launch in June of 2023 marks a significant step towards acknowledging and rectifying the past, fostering understanding, and building stronger relationships.
