Bowen Rail Company (BRC) engaged Railtrain as its preferred training provider to deliver customised, high-quality training and assessment solutions for their growing workforce in North Queensland. As part of BRC’s strategy to recruit and train local, new-to-industry talent, Railtrain delivered the TLI42622 Certificate IV in Train Driving through a comprehensive 14-week program combining classroom instruction, real-world operational practice, and rigorous assessments. Additionally, Railtrain provided tailored learning materials, expert trainers, and ongoing support for on-the-job training, ensuring successful outcomes for both learners and BRC’s operations.
