Brendan Williams

Brendan Williams has over 20 years of industry experience in major rail operations and construction projects across Australia, holding senior and executive roles within the SKILLED Group and Railtrain Holdings Group (RHG). Brendan has numerous qualifications, including a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and completing the General Management Program with the Melbourne Business School.

Brendan has significant experience in recruitment and overseeing operational activities at every level of the business. Brendan brings strong leadership, communication, financial and organisational skills to achieve the desired outcomes in the best interests of McDonald Surveys and our valued clients.

Brendan believes that strong leadership will drive great performance. He is a passionate safety leader committed to providing a safe and healthful workplace. Brendan regularly challenges how we do things with the ultimate goal of continually improving and evolving our safety culture.
